All negative keywords are BROAD match — they block searches containing these terms across all campaigns. This prevents wasted spend on job seekers, DIY shoppers, retail stores, and service-based competitors.
AB Traffic Solutions sells and rents equipment — they do not provide traffic management labor, flagging crews, or traffic control planning services. These negatives ensure the ads only show to people looking to buy or rent equipment, not hire a service crew.
The account currently has zero conversion actions. Without conversion tracking, we can see clicks and impressions but cannot measure which clicks lead to actual leads or quote requests.
Every responsive search ad across all 12 ad groups has been reviewed and approved. Zero policy violations. Zero disapprovals. The account is ready to serve ads immediately once campaigns are enabled.
Week 1-2: Google's algorithm will begin learning which keywords and ads perform best. Expect fluctuating CPCs and click volumes as the system optimizes. We will monitor search terms daily and add negatives as needed.
Week 3-4: With enough data, we can identify top-performing keywords and ad groups, pause underperformers, and begin optimizing bids. If conversion tracking is set up, we can start measuring cost per lead.
Month 2+: Once we have 50+ conversions, we can switch from Manual CPC to automated bidding (Maximize Conversions) which lets Google's algorithm optimize bids in real-time based on who is most likely to convert.
